Hi ladies,
This is just a check-in. The semester is well on its way now and I wanted to see how everyone was doing thus far. I know that it is difficult to remember to check in to this regularly, so hopefully with email reminders we will get a little more communication going! If the emails get overwhelming, just let me know and we will remove them! I think that this point in the year is usually a good time to start focusing on stress and time management (before mid-terms) =D so does anyone have any advice/tips/questions about managing these? I have some great websites for progressive relaxation and guided imagery, etc. that you can check out and let us know what you think - they put me to sleep sometimes since you can actually play it as an mp3!
